Sea Eagle of Shian II

Sea Eagle of Shian II is a cutter rigged sailing yacht, designed by Holman and Pye in 1995 she is custom built to luxurious specifications by Oyster marine. She has just undergone 2 extensive refits in 2006 and 2008 along with a set of brand new sails. In the last year she has crossed half the globe from Scotland to Australia proving herself as a comfortable blue water cruising yacht. She provides the ultimate in modern sail handling, with self furling main and head sails plus hydraulic winch sytems throughout. For the light days she is equiped with a Perkins 225hp engine to push her along at a steady 8 knots.

 

Above deck, the teak laid deck area leaves no shortage of space for sun bathing and relaxing. The transome area provides easy access for swimming, snorkelling and diving and the spacious cockpit area provides a great venue for al fresco dining and magical sunsets. The new 3.7 meter tender with a 40hp outboard engine on provides ample power to enjoy water activities or simply explore the shorline in comfort.

 

Beautifully appointed and catering for up to 6 guests, Sea Eagle of Shian II offers an exceptionally high standard of comfort, including air conditioning throughout. The accommodation compromises two double cabins with en suite facilities (lavatory, shower and wash basin) both equiped with Tv and Dvd players, and one cabin with 2 single bunks and shared facilities, suitable for single occupancy or teenage children.

Luxuriously fitted out with teak joinery offset by Alacantra upholstery,  the saloon area boasts Tv and Dvd player along with a great stereo system and a well stocked bar. This light and spacious area can comfortably seat 6 for dinner.

The galley area is along the portside of the boat fitted with a large fridge and freezer and a 4 ring burner. Meals can be enjoyed either down below or al fresco on deck.
